Contacting Dell Data Safe

Please, can anyone tell me how to contact Dell Data Safe? My XPS team could not find any contact information other than the general Dell tech support contact information. After several motherboard and hard drive replacements on my XPS 420, my Data Safe information is "lost in space", due to my Data Safe account not recognizing my computers new parts, I believe the  machine ID number has changed due to the multiple hardware changes.

Tech support is not aware of this problem and does not know how to address it, it might be a good idea for Dell to provide some support and training to techs so that they in turn can advise Data Safe customers that this is a known problem that can arise after installing new hardware. They would also need additional training in providing instructions to the customer as to what steps can be taken to (a) contact Data Safe and (b) resolving issues of importing the data back onto machine that has had motherboard and hard drive replacements.
