DMC, Samsung Galaxy S8, screen mirroring

I am trying to connect my Samsung Galaxy S8 through DMC (Dell Mobile Connect). Everything configures/connects I tested the feature by calling a contact but when accessing the screen mirroring section it says unable to connect to S8. On my phone/app it just keeps on saying waiting for connection. Can anybody help with this matter.
