Dell B&R Premium - Operation Cancelled
Hello:
I have a Dell OptiPlex 3020 MT that has an external hard drive dedicated to backups. It has about 700 GB of free space. I tried to perform a system backup and it gets about one third from completing when I receive this error message:
Operation Cancelled.
Destination location unavailable or not enough space on the disk.
I have inserted a screen capture of this error. I am using the latest version of B&R.
Can you assist me with this error?

I did update the program and received the same error. However, I noticed on the d: partition there were some image backup files stored there from a third-party backup program. Once I deleted those, the backup completed without error.

Hi,
Thank you for writing to us!
Please update the program to the latest version and let me know if this changes. Open Dell Backup and Recovery and click the 'Update' tile on the homescreen. This process takes a little while, and you will want to reboot when all is done and wait about 15 min before opening Dell Backup and Recovery to try this again.
