Dell Data Safe on line doesnt work

My computer crashed and I have restored my programs. I have 10 gigs of files on dell data safe online site.

I requested a prepare of the files 2 days ago. It said it would send me an email when they were "prepared".

I've gotten no email and when I look at the recently accessed files folder on dell data safe online, it lists the requests, but there are no files there.
