Dell Download of Software
Just a warning. I purchased the downloadable version of Microsoft Office 2010 home and student edition on 11/24/10 because it said that it would be no waiting. The email would arrive in about 30 minutes. Well after getting my email confirming purchase I noticed the delievery date was 12/2/10. When I called to confirm this was not the actual date I would get the email so that I could download the two different telephone operators I talked with said that they could not give me an exact day or time when I would get the link to download the file but that it would be by 12/2/10. I therefore promptly canceled my order. Oh by the way - I waited over an hour before calling to begin checking thinking that 12/2/10 date was a mistake.
JUST BE CAREFUL - THE ADVERTISING THAT IT IS FAST IS NOT 100% TRUTHFUL.

I should be surprised at your story but then remembered you’re talking about Dell. Those same people sold the pre-installed version of Microsoft Office 2007 Home and Student edition as a single license for more than the three licenses retail price.
