Dell MediaDirect
After having a new hard drive installed, I am reinstalling Windows Vista Business and Dell drivers and utilities. Is there any real benefit to resinstalling Dell Media Direct? Aren't these services already covered by Vista, Roxio Creator, etc? I don't want to unnecessarily use up memory on my Inspiron 1720 laptop. Thanks

Hi,plan4, It's too late anyway, your supposed to install media direct before you install your OP. See HERE The only way your going to get it on and working, is to install media direct, then install your OP, then your drivers. But if you never use it, dont bother.
