I am also having this same exact issue, but with a new Samsung Galaxy S10e from T-Mobile and a Dell XPS 9560 with the Killer Wireless/Bluetooth combo card installed by Dell at time of purchase. All drivers are up to date via Windows updates and Dell's own software. Running Windows 10 Professional also pre-installed by Dell at time of purchase.
Phone also has it's latest firmware updates.
I am having the same issue and cant find the fix anywhere! My laptop is brand new - made in Sept of 2019. DELL XPS 3 in 1 and I have an iphone 11. I get the notifications for messages but when I click to view it pens and closes the apps continuously until I terminate the program. Any resolution on this?
Hi @Concap, what is the version of windows OS and Dell Mobile Connect? Did you try to re-install the application? Please private message us the service tag of the system.
