Dell PC check up

When I run the Dell 2.0 PC check up scan it runs all the tests except when it gets to the PCI check it says "test not completed", and no reason.

I have a Dell Dimension 3000. 

Does anyone know why? 

The only thing I have plugged into the (3) PCI slot's is my ethernet card so (2) slots are open.
