I keep getting the error message above. How do I reinstall the Dell System Detect software?

Try to uninstall and re-install Dell System detect.

I followed your steps, but during the reinstall of the Dell System Detect, I got the same message: "Dell System Detect has stopped working."

Please try a different browser. Also ensure that Microsoft .NET Framework 4 is installed on your computer. You may download and install it from the following link http://dell.to/15QO3kQ.
Please check if the service tag same in BIOS and on the bar-code of the computer. To access BIOS, restart the computer, tap F2 key on Dell logo.
