Download Factory Installed Software (My Dell Downloads) success?
Has anyone been successful in registering and being able to download the software being offered on "My Accounts" page?
I keep getting the following error-- An Application error has occurred. Please contact customer support if this problem persists.

I have the same problem: "Service Tag is not supported" (ie9; win7; dell n5520)

getting the same problem about service tag not supported. tried to contact dell like but it wants my service tag enter that click on chat or email at it enter service tag again. tried four times can't even contact some. any ideas any one
