Fast Access Has Camera Rotated 90 degrees
Hi,
I have a new XPS 12 with Fast Access facial recognition software. It worked fine at first, but now everytime I open the laptop and the software starts the image is rotated 90 degrees and it will not recognize my face at that angle. Any thoughts?
Also, I can't figure out how to get it to work with logins on webpages. I can only get it to load for the initial login to my laptop.

I am also experiencing the camera rotation for the past two days.

The is a known issue with the XPS 12 as it occasionally reports the orientation of it's camera incorrectly. The most recent update to FastAccess (still pending for Dell users but it should be out very soon) includes additional protections against this which should cause the problem to go away.
