Fastaccess Update Download Won't Complete - file being accessed by another process
Every time I try to update Fastaccess when it tells me there is a new version available, it creates a file in the temp directory named FAInstallV2.004.097.Dell.exe and then tells me the process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process. I delete the file and try again....it creates the file and then gives the error message.
Any suggestions to get around this?
Thanks.

kamanjah,
Thank you for using the Dell Community Forum.
Try uninstalling the current version and then install the newer vesion to see if that will resolve the issue.

Try manually triggering the update check by going to "Advanced" and clicking "check for update". If that doesn't do the trick, contact Sensible Vision directly (email addresses available on the website) and I'll see what else I can do.
