Funny Formatting In Email
Certain areas of computing I know little about. I got an email today the had a lot of stuff in it like the following:
screening protocol will be applied to limit the number of considered candidates.
This message was from a reliable business and I could read the body of the letter with no problems. I was wondering if it orginated on their end, as I have not changed any settings and all my other emails are formatted correctly. Is there some way I can adjust this or clean it up. I use MSN Hotmail and really would not like to switch to some other program.

It's their mistake. That looks like they wrote the email in a word processor and pasted it into an email. Posts like that show up in the forums every so often for the same reason. If all you other emails are OK, don't worry about it.
