Issue ordering software from Dell

Purchased the following product:

Download Adobe Photoshop and Premiere Element 2022 Student and Teacher Edition Windows 1 User 

Getting the following message in Digital Locker (after it says my order is ready to download):

On hold   Verification is in progress, please check back in 30 minutes or contact

The issue being there is zero way to contact Dell support for this specific issue outside of email, which has a 48 hour response time.  I can't even verify my student status with Adobe because I do not have the product key for the software.

I probably should've read all the other posts about the terrible service that is Dell Digital Locker, as no digital purchase should ever take anything longer than instant download.  It's 2022.  

I would suggest ordering from the products company itself rather than wait on subpar slow service.
