MS Photo Editor - Rotation
I have MS Office professional and MS Photo Editor 3.0.2.3.
When using Image/Rotate/Orientation(by degree) it only allows me to specify an integral number of degrees.
Does anyone know how to rotate by tenths of a degree ?

You cannot rotate by fractions of a degree with MS Photo Editor. It's really just a basic photo editing tool. If you need that kind of precision, you're going to need a professional photo editor, but I'm not even sure that Adobe PhotoShop allows that level of adjustment.
