Missing Microsoft Office 2010 product key for Inspiron 15r Laptop
I recently purchased an inspiron 15r notebook and bought the entire microsoft office 2010 package when I customized the notebook while ordering it online. I received the notebook but no product key to activate the microsoft office 2010. It is not a trial. I bought the package and did not recieve a key with the box. Anyone know where it might be or have suggestions as to what I should do? Thanks.

Hi blu8686,
If you've ordered the system with full version of Microsoft office 2010 then you should receive a Microsoft Product Identifier (MPI) card which will have the product key number.
Did you check all the compartments inside the box?

Hi Roshan,
same issue as blu8686
I have brought dell laptop inspiron 15r in june-29,2013
with windows 8.
In start panel there is ms office 2010 icon but when I
click on it, it shows the message to activate but when I
click to activate it wants product key but there is no
product key since seller did not give me the key.
Please help me to get the product key.

Did you try Contact Dell Technical Support? Roshan no longer works for Dell, so I don't think you'll get a reply.
