Notes feature in Microsoft Outlook

Rather than create multiple Notes for various bits of information, I'd like to have all of it contained in one Note.  However, I don't see the ability to scroll.  Unless someone has a better suggestion, it looks like I'll have to create multiple Notes.

You really cannot scroll in Outlook's Notes tool. However, you can stretch the size of the note by "grabbing" an edge or corner and dragging it to a larger size.

If you're keeping a lot of data in a single note, you should consider Notepad, Wordpad or even a Word document.

Thanks for the reply.  Being that I want to include this information in my handheld, which I sync with MS Outlook, it's looking like I'll need to have multiple notes.  Or is it possible to sync a Word document with a handheld (HP iPAQ)?

There are tools that will let you sync Word documents to a handheld device (at least there are for Palm devices). See if you can find a good online site for ipaq application downloads - you might even find one for free!

Good luck.
