PowerVault MD Storage Array Management Pack Suite 4.1 fail to detect my storage

Hi All,

   I have installed on Microsoft SCOM 2012 and imported the PowerVault™ MD Storage Array Management Pack Suite 4.1. In my environment , around 1x MD storages and I want to be monitored by SCOM. Since some storages are located in remote sites, and the network response time is high.

In the MD discover wizard, I can only locate those local storage, but not in remote site. However, those remote storage can be located by Dell default Storage Management tools. I pretty true that it is the timeout issue in the PowerVault™ MD Storage Array Management Pack Suite 4.1 is not enough. How can I tune up the timeout in SCOM mp?

Also, I want to ask the PowerVault™ MD Storage Array Management Pack Suite 4.1are using SNMP? Can I use the MD discover wizard install in remote site monitored server which can forward information to SCOM Management Server?
