Remove Support Icon from Tool Bar
I'd like to remove the Dell Support icon -- the one with the E rotated 45 degrees counter-clockwise -- from my tool tray. I tried Control Panel>Add/Remove, but it asks for the support CD for the removal (honest)! I don't have the CD. What can I do?
BTW, what is the rotated E supposed to signify?
TIA,
Phil

Right click on icon - Click on 'About Dell Support' - Click Dell Support tab - Remove tick from 'Show icon on the taskbar'
The rotated E on a coloured icon is for 'Enabled', when you disable the critical alerts channel the icon turns grey.
