Restore software - Cyberlink
I'm trying to get Cyberlink software reinstalled on my PC after upgrading to Win 10 and having to do a reinstallation after that...
My system:
XPS 8700
I tried My Dell Downloads via Internet Explorer, but it says "Service tag not supported."

You have to sign in with your Dell Account--same as for this forum. Go here--
smartsource.dell.com/.../main.aspx
Do not try to update Cyberlink since it will get stuck in a loop. Just use it as is. the old version works for video dvds.

That's exactly where I went at first - same issue: "Service Tag Not Supported"
