Roxio Creator 2011 Extended Error when attempting to burn DVDs
I am using Roxio Creator 2011 on my Dell Dimension 9100 (yeah I know, time for a new computer) running Windows XP.
I get an extended error 0x80041024. Roxio has issued a patch to fix the problem when attempting to burn dual layer recordings, but it doesn't work on Dell!!!!!
So what am I supposed to do?
I know that everyone will urge me to abandon Roxio and go for Nero or something less glitchy. I might do that, but there HAS to be a fix for this problem, right?

I don`t agree that it dosen`t work on a Dell. I am using a Dimension 9100 XP Pro, SP3. I suggest you uninstall Roxio and reinstall it.

I use imgburn instead (it is free).
You should uninstall Roxio then install imgburn; if you don't like it uninstall imgburn and reinstall roxio.
