Support/Assist Diagnostics Hangs Up

Whenever I try to run a diagnostic, it hangs in the "gathering your tests" stage and post the following message:

"A PC-Doctor Powered Application is currently running. This is not used when gathering system information or diagnostic test results through the Diagnostics Control."

This happens even after a fresh restart.  I tried reinstalling support assist, but it didn't help.  I find a reference in task manager to pcdrealtime.p5x as a PC Doctor Module, but it is part of support assist!
