Transfer of Dell Backup and Recovery onto New Laptop
I have purchased a New Dell Laptop, can I transfer the Premium Version I purchased, during the time I was using my old machine to the new one? Or are you only allowed to use the software (Licence) with the older PC?
I have disposed of the old Laptop after removing the software from it.

Apologies for the delay in getting back to you. I have tried on several occasions tried to install the Premium program after contacting Cleverbridge who have provided by original "Activation Code" a couple of times. The Software does not install and it provides a "Machine Identifyer" which I am told to give to Dell Support (Support contact number provided). I have made several attempts to do this. Each contact with Support has refused to take a note of the machine identifier.
Is there any further action I can take?
