Where to re-download the software that came pre-installed on our system?

I've been trying to locate the page on the Dell site by which we can re-download programs that originally came pre-installed when we bought the system (Roxio CD Creator, et cetera). I can get to a drivers page that doesn't do me much good.

We just replaced a dead hard drive and need to re-install just about everything.

Could someone please supply the correct link?
