"Fast Access" help please?

I am new to Fast Access. I remember seeing a database of photos that Fast Access had taken of me at one point. I'm not sure how I got to that database originally. I assume that I went through "Logs" but now when I click on Logs, nothing happens. Nothing happens when I click on "Web Login" either. The other options (Security, EcoAware, and Advanced Options) all seem to be working fine.
