1209S mounting hardware -- screw size?

I need to mount a Dell 1209S on a ceiling.

Dell support has been unable to tell me the size of the screws to use to mount the projector on the ceiling (the three smaller mounting holes, rather than the single large one). Instead, they've requested I purchase a $150 mounting kit.

If anyone knows this information, I'd appreciate them letting me know.
