Dell DLP Projector M109S displays BLACK DOTS all over the screen
Esteemed Sir,
My Dell DLP Projector M109S has BLACK DOTS all over the screen rendering it useless. I am given to understand through a search on Google that that the problem is due to DMD DLP chips manufacture by Texas Instruments.
What is the way out? Could Dell help me out to get the problem rectified. I had purchased this projector for small business presentation to HR. My other Sony LCD Projector has given me no reason to be sorry. And I wish my faith in Dell not to be shaken by this experience.

Where can I get service in Goa India? Would the Dell establishment in
Margao Goa that deals with Laptops be kind to offer service and send the product to wherever the service center for projectors is? and what would be the approximate cost involved?
