I've checked the link for the E20-816 Practice Test from both this page: EMC Proven Professional: Certification Exams and Practice Tests and the Exam description. Both are working. Where are you trying to access this link from?

Can you share where that old link is? I'd like to make sure that we keep everything up to date.
