reschedule an exam which could not attend
Hi All,
not sure If I am poting this in a corrent forum or not.
I have scheduled my ISM Exam for 25th Feb, but I met with an accident and could not go for that.
is there any way to reschedule it? and offcourse I dont want to pay the amount again.

Hello - sorry to hear about your accident.
As EMC is still responsible for the exam sitting fee, we follow the Pearson VUE Exam Cancellation Policy.
"If you wish to cancel or reschedule an exam, you must contact the testing center one business day prior to your scheduled exam appointment. To cancel or reschedule an exam less than 24 hours is subject to a same-day forfeit exam fee. Exam fees are due for no-shows."
