Dell R-720 and Nvidia 2700 Super ( Lenovo Version)

I Have two Dell R-720's. 

Dual Xeon 2.2 GhZ (8 Cores Each)

256 GB RAM ( 32X8)

I want to install Nvidia 2080 Super, however is impossible to find.  I came across a GPU made by Lenovo.

ThinkStation Nvidia GeForce RTX2070 Super 8GB GDDR6 Graphics Card

Will this work inside my Dell R-720. I am planning on putting two of these per machine.

Machines with be used research in research environment.

GPGPU is supported on R720 server. RTX2070 model is not supported on R720. It is not supported does not mean it will not work at all. As this is not validated, I can not guarantee that it will work on R720. I seen many people are able to make non supported cards work on the server. Any other community member can give some insights if they tried this specific model on R720. Below are some similar cards supported on R720
