What storage controller you have on the server? Can you give more details on the new drives? Is it from DELL, SAS/SATA etc.? II will not work if it is SAS drive and if you have software raid controller. Only SATA drives supported for software raid controller. Also share the details on the server whether it have a backplane or drives are directly connected to the board.

Hello,
I check your server. The server came from the factory without the control card. If you don't have hardware PERC, you can make a software RAID with the PERC S130 on it. SSDs you specify are non-Dell drives, which can cause such issue, as PERC S130 could not communicate with the drives properly. And S130 is compatible with SATA drives. SAS drives are not compatible with S130. If you use S130 you can check the RAID mode in the BIOS.
When the Dell Power-On Self-Test (POST) screen is displayed, press .
When the Dell PowerEdge System window is displayed, scroll to SATA Settings and press .
In the sub-screen, confirm that the SATA Controller is set to a RAID mode.

If you can see the disks, they can be in non-RAID format as in the article here and you need to convert them to RAID refer article https://dell.to/3pNaq9e

Most likely, non-certified SSDs may be causing this issue.

Hope that helps!
