Intel (R) Ethernet 10G 4P X520/I350 rNDC
What is the best way to perform the Preventive Maintenance on Dell PowerEdge R920 having Windows Server 2012 R2 installed on the physical server?
Facing issues sometime on subjected drivers.

Ghulamriq,
The primary thing I would look at is ensuring that the server is up to date. You can do so with the Lifecycle Controllers Update feature, or from the OS with the Server Update Utility (SUU) Those will allow you to see the current version you are on, and the most recent available as well. Now if the server is more than a few updates behind on BIOS or iDrac, then I would suggest walking them up to current, and definitely don't just jump updates to the latest.
Let me know what you see.
