Issue related to IPMI not working with Apache CloudStack on R440 Dell servers.

We have 3 R440 servers on which we have configured Apache CloudStack with CentOS 7.6. HA has been configured for the VM’s and hosts. When we do the HA test by turning off one of the 3 nodes. The VM does not move and the host that went down stays in “Disconnected mode”, meaning it has not sent any commands to ACS for replacing the Host for VM that was hosted on the powered off host.
Note :- In R440 server we can send the CLI commands and get the server status, but not with Apache Dashboard. Is there any other settings that we need to disable or enable.

We have tested the same with Dell R230 servers and found no issue. The VM’s move to another node when the hosting VM server goes down.
