M1000e CMC v. 1.32 SSL Bind Failure with Active Directory
Hi,
I'm trying to configure our M1000e CMC to integrate with our Active Directory database. My steps were: Create Dell Chassis Global Group in Active Directory and add my userID as a member of that group-> Use Standard Schema and add my created Chassis group to the role group-> I generated the SSL certificate from the CMC web console to my desktop-> I then ran the command
C:\Users\dukesj1\Desktop>certreq -submit -attrib "CertificateTemplate: Copy
of Web Server" request.csr
And download the signed cert from our CA. I then uploaded that Cert in the CMC Web Console in both the SSL section and Active Directory. I am able to make an SSL ldap connection using ldp.exe with our domain controller. When I try and log into the CMC with my AD account i get a BIND FAILURE error seen below. Any help or ideas would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!!!!

Hello, I'm with this same problem here and I find nothing in any documentation that may indicate a path for resolution. I'm having an open call to dell and they are unable to solve. Once I have an answer I'll post here.
