NIC objects are not available in the current system configuration Mellanox dual 10/25 GBE Poweredge 940
Had 4 940's come in with the Mellanox ConnectX-4 LX mezzanine adapters three worked fine but fourth does not see the NIC in the Idrac management panel loaded Ubuntu to install mellanox drivers but no joy have a service contract but Dell page wont load any Ideas ?

Additional information: I have already tried rescanning hardware in the boot sequence with no change

tried reseating the non-working card or perhaps try swapping locations with a known good card?
