Power edge 2650 server rails dont fit!!!! help !!!!
Hey everyone,
I have 2 poweredge 2650 servers and I ordered the standard v-rails for round racks when I bought the servers about 3 months ago. now that I have everything done to the servers I am wanting to mount them in a rack but the rails don't fit. they are long enough but the have a lip that hits the side of the rack and does not allow the holes to line up properly. This of course is a big problem and I would like to try and fix it asap. I am sure someone has run into this problem at some point and has fixed it so I would appreciate any advice. Did I just get the wrong rails. there were only 2 choices with the server standard round and standard square so I got the round. I would appreciate any help.
Thanks
