Predictive Failure R510 with Perc H700

Hi all,

I have an R510 server with Perc H700, with one logical drive, 8 SAS 600GB 15K drives in RAID6. Drive 0 is FAILED, and drive 7 is showing PREDICTIVE FAILURE. My questions is this:

Should I yank the predictive failure drive (drive 7) and replace it first ? My thought is since RAID6 can tolerate losing two drives (right ?), I should do the predictive failure drive first, as I am worried that if I replace drive 0 first, and then drive 7 fails during the rebuild of drive 0, the Perc controller will not handle that properly and something will go horribly wrong. Even though *technically* it should be able to handle that issue.

Any thoughts?
