R720 - mixed memory configuration
My R720xd server work white vmware
and have 64GB ram
8 X 8gb singel rank (8gb 1rx4 12800r )
The memrry install in a1,a2,a3,a4 & b1,b2,b3,b4
i buy more 128gb ram
8 x 16gb dual rank (16gb 2rx4 12800r)
How to install & configure Mixed Memory in PowerEdge R720xd ??

That configuration isn't one I see in the matrix I'm looking at, but I don't see a reason it wouldn't work. I would populate A1-A4 and B1-B4 with the 16GB DIMMs, then populate the remaining DIMMs in A5-8 and B5-8.
