RecoverPoint CDP is a continuous synchronous product that mirrors SAN volumes in real time between one or more arrays at a local site. RecoverPoint CDP maintains a history journal of all changes that can be used to roll back to any point in time.Write splitting can be performed on the host, within the fabric, or on the storage array. When writes are split, the production write is sent to its intended volume while a copy of the write is sent to the RPAs for replication.
RecoverPoint CRR provides bidirectional, heterogeneous block-level replication across any distance using asynchronous, synchronous, and snapshot technologies over FC and IP networks. It periodically distributes updates to the remote copy of the data with all the changes that occurred on the local copy since the last update. RecoverPoint CRR maintains a history journal of all the distribution changes that can be used to roll back to a prior distribution point in time.
RecoverPoint CLR provides simultaneous support for application and disaster recovery. Data can be protected locally where it would be used for application recovery, and it can be protected remotely where it would be used for disaster recovery.
Hope it answer your question.
