License conversion from RP/CL to RP Basic (XtremIO)

Just curious for a sanity check since some of the licensing and DM guides don't look to be updated with anything referring to RP Basic (/SE) with XtremIO that I can see. If I am converting a topology from RP/CL to RP Basic (XtremIO), my approach was going to be to just load the new license files tied to the array SN's and that is it. Just wanted to make sure there is no need to run a DM conversion or anything in this setup since it isn't going to RP Basic (/SE) with a VNX where it needs the UNI integration, etc.

Does that approach seem correct to just drop the new license files in and call it a day?
