RP - Volumes not visible in GUI but seen in RP CLI

Hello,

This is a VPLEX/RP environement on SRC and TGT

VPLEX volumes mapped to RP on source side are seen through RP CLI but not visible in GUI when trying to create the RP CG.

I have verified that no filters are used.

Anyone encountered this before? Is there any GUI service that need to be restarted?

Hi there,

This can be a size-related matter if we're talking about replica volumes. If not, then I would try to restart the site control RPA (SSH to the cluster management IP using user admin (or boxmgmt in earlier versions) and navigate to [5] Shutdown / Reboot operations), just as a workaround.

If that doesn't help, I would recommend raising an SR w/ support.
