RPA Cable Swap

Hello,

We currently have 2 sites with 2 RPAs and a VNX array at each.  My predecessor had these directly connected to each other.  We have a fiber switch with 3 available ports and are upgrading to Unity arrays.  I believe I have the zoning figured out and will not move the RPA fiber connections to each other.  My question/concern is, before switching the cables connected from the RPAs to the VNX over to the fiber switch, will I need to power down the RPAs or just pause transfer?
