The solution is:
login as boxmgmt and Run the following signed script to each RPA that say an iso is already present:
NzUyZWZhNDAyNTdiYTJhMmMyODgxYjcxN2UxOTVhNjcKdW5saW1pdGVkCm5vdF9yZXN0cmljdGVk
ClRoZSBpZCBvZiB0aGUgc2NyaXB0IGlzOjI0NjU4ClJlbW92ZSBJU08gZmlsZXMKQnJpYW4KIyEv
YmluL3NoIAojSVNPIFNjcmlwdAojUmVtb3ZlcyBJU08gZmlsZXMKcm0gL2hvbWUva29zL2lzby8q
Lmlzbwo=
#
then the iso is cleared and install can go on.

rsteenbakkers, unfortunately I do not have an answer for you on this but may have an idea. Do you have the ability to try one of the other methods of ISO file distribution, either physical DVD images or FTP? Using physical DVD, which is likely the least feasible method due to distance between datacenters, would completely bypass anything stored on local disk in the RPA I believe.

I don't mean to be dense but how do I run a signed script using boxmgmt? I can't find the menu option.

This is still valid. Although in version 4.1 GUI you should login to each RPA then >2. Setup > 8. Advanced Options >4. Run script.
