recoverpoint gen 5 rails
I have two gen 5 recoverpoint appliances that I am trying to uninstall the rail kit on. its a 1U rail with two square posts that stick through the square holes in the rack. Im sure they are supposed to slide back but I cant figure out how to get them to do this.

Since you are using a non dell rack then you will need to use versa rails on your system. the rails that come with are made for dell racks.
