Don't upgrade to AutoStart5.3Sp4.
Following Issue was found.
Environment:
Windows2003/2008 32bit 64bit
AutoStart5.3SP4
Neither the process nor UtilityProcess operate.
EventLog:
ID00001592 Error running utilProc. Cmdline: C:PROGRA~2EMCAUTOST~1eas53modulesoraclewindows_3.1oraclewindows_up.exe : [1385]
This is very serious.
Because the resource group composed of Module doesn't operate correctly.
For example, cannot execute these processes.
Oracle Module for Windows
-oraclewindows_sp.exe
-Listener Process
-oraclewindowsproxy.exe
SQL2005/2008 Module
-sql2005Helper.exe
-sql2005proxy.exe
Moreover, Process and Utility Process that the user made cannot be executed.

There was not a problem in the domain environment.
However, in the case of Workgroup environment, it worked correctly even if I input Workgroup name into a Domain column to AutoStart5.2.x.
In addition, it worked definitely even if I input Workgroup name to AutoStart5.3SP3.
In AutoStart5.3SP4, if "Period" is not input, it doesn't operate.
I did not notice this behavior, and it was jerked around.
And the customer was jerked around, too.
The executed in the back ground of Process and UtilityProcess became possible.
However, "Allow Access to the Windows Desktop" doesn't function.
ASProxy.exe only starts.

Hi,
It is necessary to apply a patch if you use AutoStart5.3SP4.
You have to get an cumulative patch of AT_1039 from support.
There is no means to offer to you though I have this.
