how to manage replications remotely

I need to write a Disaster Recovery script, using PowerShell with PowerCLI.

I'd like to know how can I manage the celerra by scripting commands to reverse or failover the replications. I've come across the Powershell tool called UBERShell, but I'm not sure it manages the replications, and I'd like to avoid using unsupported tools.

Is the XML API the way to go? Any simpler alternatives?

Our sites are all with double identical celerras, either two NX4 or two NS120, all configured with all luns replicated automatically via IP replication, and the SQL lun replicated by Replication Manager. All boxes use Unisphere and all DARTs are on version 6.
