Downgrading ScaleIO 2.0.2 to ScaleIo 2.0.1
Is there a process to downgrade ScaleIO 2.0.2 to ScaleIo 2.0.1 ?

There's no 2.0.2 version out there so your Q is not entirely clear to me...
v2.0.0.1 is the latest version released (2.0.0.2 should be out within few weeks).
As a general note, there's no downgrade process for ScaleIO (beside uninstall -> re-install)

I have the non GA code to play with.
Is there a process in place to downgrade from ScaleIo 2.0.1 to ScaleIO 1.32.5 ?

As I wrote in my previous response: "As a general note, there's no downgrade process for ScaleIO (beside uninstall your current version -> re-install the version you want)."
We do not support MDM Downgrade Repository (proprietary DB) conversion.
