SCG5 VE Upgrade from 5.12.00.10 to 5.14.00.10 fails consistently
I'm running 2 instances of SCG5 Virtual Edition. the hosts are clustered. Upgraded policy Manager to 5.14.00.10. Try to download and install on both of them. Both results fail. The hosts no longer respond on port 5700
One of the previous docker containers is removed.

I've had to restore snapshots in each case.

Hi @brian.seppanen,
Have you tried restarting the SCG appliance? 5700 port is not reachable might be a hint that it is the reason the upgrade has failed. If you have tried restarting the appliance and the issue persist, I would recommend contacting the Open Manage support group to open a case and investigate what is the issue.

Yesterday I just did the updates to 5.14.00.12 and they completed successfully. I think part of the problem is knowing the progress of the upgrade. I think the resolution I've found is to tail -f /var/log/hostUpdate_date.log. I'm not sure if I waited long enough previously as these updates do seem to take some time.
