Unable to login with admin password to the webui

Hi,

 

 

We're having trouble with logging into the webui for SCG at least version x86_64-5.0000.10  - this will have auto updated, we can login to the SUSE linux side of things without issue but not the webUI - we even have a domain ldap setup but we can't login this way either using an account that was known working.

 

I've found the following but this doesnt allow login either after the reset
