Decommission old device

I had an old NS80 that was supposedly decommed from EMC ESRS system but when i look in ESRS Configuration Tool (2.16) it's still listed there. I did hit Remove and then Request Update before my SAM supposedly had it removed. How do i purge it from the Configuration Tool ?
